«I try to remain true to myself with every new SOPOPULAR collection. True in the sense that I do not let other people tell me what at my age I can or cannot wear. I design my Collection items and I would Wear all of them myself. Young men who are under 30 years of age Wear the latest fashion trends and feel that they belong to a certain group. With men of my age, i.e., 30 upwards, this is apparently inappropriate. People expect us to dress as befits our age. What does that mean? In the office, this means always in suits and formally. In everyday situations and at weekends, in sweat pants and casually. I refuse to bow to any fashion dictates – I design the kind of fashion for men that men can feel comfortable in whatever the circumstances. As with the previous collections, the [Spring/Summer 2011] Collection boasts shirts, pullovers, pants, jackets and coats dominated by the colors black, gray, white, yellow and green.
